Shipping & Delivery

We ship furniture with SunBelt Xpress (SBFX), a specialized home-furnishings carrier. They offer Threshold and White-Glove home delivery. Our goal is simple: deliver safely, on time, and with clear communication.

Delivery Options

White-Glove Delivery (Recommended)

  • Two-person team delivers to room of choice

  • Light assembly (when required)

  • All packaging removed and disposed of

  • One flight of stairs included

  • Appointment is scheduled with you; recipient must be present 

Threshold Delivery (Economy)

  • Delivered (in box) to the first dry, secure area (e.g., garage, covered porch, just inside first door)

  • No unpacking or assembly; recipient must be present 

How Delivery Works

  1. We release your order to SBFX.

  2. SBFX moves it to a final-mile partner nearest your address.

  3. After the partner receives your items, they contact you within ~48 hours to schedule delivery. Delivery windows depend on route density and distance. 

SBFX’s residential program is designed to be convenient, safe, and coordinated via a single point of contact, with trained partners who follow strict protocols. 

Timing

  • Scheduling: You’ll receive a call/text to set an appointment once the local terminal has your items. Special date/time requests are considered but not guaranteed. 

  • Transit: Lead times vary by brand, stock status, distance, and routing. We’ll provide the best ETA when your order ships.

Fees & Accessorials (when applicable)

  • Additional stair flights, long carries, tight/unsafe access, or special handling can incur charges. (White-Glove includes one flight; more may be billed.) 

  • Missed appointments or last-minute reschedules may incur a redelivery fee (carrier policy).

  • Remote/rural locations or difficult access may require surcharge or extended windows (route dependent). 

What to Do on Delivery Day

  • Inspect before signing. For White-Glove, inspect the furniture and your home (walls/floors). For Threshold, inspect cartons. Note any damage, missing parts, or home damage on the delivery paperwork and with the crew before they leave. This protects your claim. 

  • Have doorways, halls, and the room cleared; measure to confirm fit.

  • Pets secured; adults (18+) present during the window.

Damage or Issues

If something’s wrong:

  • Write the issue on the delivery receipt.

  • Take photos of the item, packaging, and any home damage.

  • Contact us within 24 hours so we can file with SBFX and resolve quickly (SBFX provides a damage claim process and full-value coverage options). 

Where We Ship

SBFX provides residential service across the U.S. with coverage that extends into parts of Canada via final-mile partners. If you’re outside primary coverage or in a very remote area, we’ll confirm options before release. 

Limits & Exceptions

  • We don’t deliver to P.O. boxes.

  • Complex installations (hardwiring, wall mounting, custom carpentry) aren’t included in White-Glove.

  • If an item doesn’t fit through your space, the carrier may leave it threshold only or return it at additional cost.

  • Multi-item orders may arrive together or in separate appointments depending on routing.
